We all have highs and lows. But, while there’s no straight path to success, there is one guaranteed route to failure—quitting. David is the founder and CEO of Avanti Entrepreneur Network, a group that coaches and empowers entrepreneurs to commit to their goals. His belief? If you’re totally committed, you’ll find a way. Here are a few takeaway tips from today’s episode:
- Build a network! Stop isolating yourself as an entrepreneur. Hanging out with friends isn’t the same as having a mastermind of your peers. Surround yourself with like-minded entrepreneurs who can help you with your unique challenges and opportunities.
- Stop trying to do everything yourself. Even if you have to hire contractors or freelancers. You have to trust other people to do things that aren’t the best use of your time.
- What are you doing for ongoing, lifelong training? Watching a video isn’t training… you could binge watch days of MMA and still not be able to throw a punch! Exposing yourself to new ideas is great, but it doesn’t take the place of learning. Be sure to never stop investing in yourself.
