Other things Robert does to keep the property running well and the tenants happy include: replacing all the hot water heaters, provide trash service valet and find ways to reduce costs or increase Net Operating Income (NOI). Robert Martinez says the money comes every month when you do these things to keep turnover low, people happy and profits growing by becoming an apartment investor that specializes in investing in multi-family apartments.
