Brad sits down with Jonathan Hawkins from The Hashtag Agent to talk about using storytelling and intelligent marketing to drive sales in real estate.

Jonathan Hawkins was recruited by West Point for a special program, commissioned at 19 and was the youngest army officer in the intelligence field. Later, while pursuing further studies at UCLA, did an internship with one of the top real estate agents where he realized he could transfer what he had learned in intelligence training to a career in business. He opened his own office and within his first year in real estate, he was in the top 1% of agents.

 Jonathan eventually sold his estate brokerage to the head company. Today, through The Hashtag Agent, he trains realtors to digitally market and sell more homes every year. For as little as $97 a month, agents learn how to attract clients and leverage social media to create a successful business.
